Our fees vary depending on the level of experience of the solicitor undertaking your work:-

Deborah Awyzio (accredited family law specialist)    $350.00 p/hour

Judy Steward (Associate)                                               $308.00 p/hour

Lisa Foley (Solicitor)                                                         $275.00 p/hour

Sean Roberts (Law Clerk)                                               $165.00 p/hour

(costs are inclusive of GST)

Prior to commencing work on behalf of our clients, we provide a client agreement, which clearly sets out the terms of our retainer. This agreement clearly defines the work we agree to perform on behalf of our clients and provides an estimate of the total cost, to complete the work.

In some circumstances we are prepared to enter into payment plans with our clients or refer clients to various financial organisations who are prepared to lend money to fund legal fees.
