Deborah is the principal of DA Family Lawyers and is an accredited family law specialist. Deborah was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Queensland in 1996 and has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology.
Deborah has practiced in Family Law for over ten years. Deborah's specialty is court appearances in all areas of Family Law including, in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court, Children Court and Children's Services Tribunal. In addition to representing her own clients,
Deborah is a member on the panels of:-
Independent court appointed children's representative in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court; and
Court appointed separate representatives in the Children's Court and Children's Services Tribunal.
Lisa was admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Queensland Supreme Court and the High Court of Australia in November 2006. Lisa has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Lisa has a long involvement with D A Family Lawyers, previously working as a law clerk and trainee solicitor. Lisa enjoys assisting clients with parenting disputes and has experience in negotiating and court appearances in the Family and Federal Magistrates Courts.
Lisa also assists parents involved in Children's Court proceedings against the department of child safety. Lisa volunteers as a family law solicitor at the Women's Legal Service.
Dannielle is an employed solicitor and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court as a legal practitioner in January 2007. Dannielle is also registered on the roll of Legal Practitioners in the High Court.
Dannielle's qualifications comprise of a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Dannielle has an enthusiastic passion for negotiation outside the Court but also possesses the competent ability and experience to appear in the Federal Magistrates and Family Courts for both children and property matters.
Dannielle also has experience in Domestic Violence matters, Children's Court proceedings involving the Department of Child Safety, Divorce hearings and the preparation of Wills.
